Volume #25
Looks like the latest volume of Bastard!! was recently released in Japan. Good to know the series is still being published, although I know it's been a while since Hagiwara has published a new chapter in Ultra Jump -- which is pretty much business as usual for this series. 
The English language version of Volume 16 was published a few months ago (Jan 2008) and Volume #17 is listed at Amazon as available for sale in July 2008. The VIZ schedule has dropped to two books a year.

Volume #16
Although not showing at the VIZ site or at Amazon, Simon and Schuster is listing Volume 16 for sale in January 2008. Not liking the long gap between publications, but it's better than no more Bastard!! at all. The detail page is here. And don't forget Volume #15 is out right now!

No more VIZ manga?
I've been hearing rumors that VIZ has discontinued the Bastard!! manga. I haven't seen anything official, but the rumors sound disturbingly legit. Let VIZ know your thoughts on this!

Volume #14, Game trailer
VIZ recently released the 14th volume, wherein the story changes quiet a lot. In my opinion, one of the best volumes of the series so far. If you haven't already picked up your copy from the story, you might want to do so soon!
Also, in case any fans have missed this, there's an online Bastard!! MMORG at this site. They recently released a short trailer, which you can find at YouTube:

From what I can tell, the story action takes place before he was sealed into Lucien's body, about the time he fought Lars -- who's in the trailer, along with Arshes Nei. I didn't recognize anyone else besides D.S., Lars, and Arshes, though. It's a nice trailer and D.S. is in fine form!

Also, there was a new chapter (and a long one!) of Bastard!! in this month's Ultra Jump! Hopefully Hagi will be back with the story for a while. :3
